1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- The item is defective upon arrival
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at cs@fresense.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
Please note:
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Customized or personalized orders
- Gift cards or promotional items
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

6. Shipping Issues
Fresense is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier or logistics partners
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
However, we will always do our best to assist and support you in resolving delivery concerns.
