How can we assist your sensory environment design?

All our products can be shipped to any city in India. We currently do not provide international shipping.
Right from purchase to delivery we will be sending you order updates via email and SMS.
Products in Delhi NCR are delivered in 3-4 working days whereas, products outside Delhi are delivered in 7-10 working days.
Yes, we offer both online payment and cash on delivery options. You may have to pay an extra charge for cash on delivery. *Some locations in India might not be available on Cash On Delivery.
Shipping is absolutely free. Which means you will be paying only for the products that you purchase.
Our multilayered packaging keeps the item absolutely safe.
Absolutely, our payment gateway is extremely safe. We ensure complete privacy of customer's details.
We believe in making your experience wonderful every time, hence, if you are not happy with any of our products you can return it without hassle as we offer a 5 days hassle-free return. We will initiate the refund or replacement process if the product received by us is unused and undamaged. For more information please refer to our Refund Policy here.
In such cases, please send an email at cs@fresense.com within 48 hours of delivery. Do mention your order number and attach a few snapshots of the damaged product. After investigation, we will ship the replacement against the damaged product (Free of Cost) or will issue a credit note of same value, valid for one year.
All orders placed are immediately processed. This ensures shipping your order quickly and ensuring you get your products as soon as possible.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on cs@fresense.com (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 5PM).

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Yes, you are required to make an account (register with us) on our website to make your shopping experience swift and simple. You can also rate and review our amazing products / fragrances as per your experience of them.
